Hi Im Basil

I'm a queer disabled artist faffing about on Ngunnawal land.

My primary mediums are sewing, sculpting and writing. I will try almost any medium I come across however .

I have lived experiences with disability, mental health, and as a survivor of child labour exploitation and domestic violence, this significantly influences and informs my creative endeavours.

I hope to share with you what I have been working on

I am currently 24 at the time of writing so if I forget to update, I was born in '00 so whatever year it is that's how old I am.

I have been creating art since the Covid lockdowns, I began with sculpting rats and worms out of dollar store clay and painting them before moving to sculpting textiles. Now days I make art out of whatever I pick up.

I live in Canberra, Australia with my Partners and Pets.
